Personally, I find myself prominent on social media these days, where I create and deliver a lot of educational content. I put out this content to provide patients with honest, sound health advice and to empower them to help themselves before coming in for treatment. I’m also dedicated to dispelling healthcare misinformation that exists online, so you can be confident that any advice you receive from us, whether online, in print, or in the clinic, is grounded in science and is both effective and safe.
In the past, I’ve had the pleasure of writing articles for local print media. This has allowed me to reach out to the local community and help towards making Southend the happiest and healthiest place to live. I love playing a role in that and sharing my knowledge with the wider local community.
I also teach other physiotherapists, passing on my clinical experience from over the years. I continue to learn every day, and much of my teaching has been at local educational institutions across Essex and in the Southeast. I’ve also had the opportunity to teach at medical schools abroad, particularly in the Middle East and the United Arab Emirates. It’s incredibly rewarding to share the experience I’ve gained from caring for patients in the UK, extending the benefits we provide locally to a wider, global audience. I’m proud that my reach goes beyond the UK borders.
